Excellent opportunity for a Block Property Manager to join a company in the residential block management sector, who due to continued growth in their portfolio are looking for a Block Property Manager to join the team in their Plymouth office.
The Role:
The Block Property Manager role will involve the delivery of management services to a portfolio of properties and liaising with letting and management agencies together with, contractors, and landlords etc.
Main Duties:
- Administration of service charges.
- Preparation and monitoring of service charge budgets.
- Dealing with all aspects of Health, Safety and Fire risks and where necessary liaising with Insurers and Loss adjusters as well as general landlord and tenant issues.
- Attending and chairing AGM’s.
- Instructing contractors to deal with works required.
Skills and Requirements:
The ideal candidate will ideally be qualified or part qualified and have at least five years block management experience with:
- Proven track record in block property management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability as a team player who works well under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and be extremely well organised.
- Associate/Member status of IRPM desirable.
- Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
Salary and Benefits:
A basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Mileage allowance.
