What You’ll Do
- Plan, design and deliver inclusive, high‑quality lessons across programmes.
- Create engaging learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to support learner progress.
- Guide academic and personal development through tutorials and pastoral care.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and engagement.
- Keep course content current and aligned with industry standards.
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance.

- Promote and uphold safeguarding, equality and health and safety policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant subject qualification (e.g. degree or equivalent).
- Recognised teaching qualification.
- Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent).
- Ability to plan and deliver inclusive teaching for diverse learners.
- Knowledge of subject‑specific pedagogy and current teaching practices.
- Clear communication and strong organisational skills.
- Confidence using digital tools to support learning.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality and ongoing professional development.
- Hairdressing qualifications to a minimum of Level 3.
- Evidence of recent industry updating/CPD.
