Our client is a growing global operation with plans to hit £2Bn over the coming years. The role they seek to hire is a Supply Chain Business Analyst. The role is working across Supply Chain and other Support functions to deliver system implementation and process enhancements utilising their finance system (MS Great Plains), Data Warehousing (so Excel/ PowerBI) and then 3rd party SAAS platforms. Analyse, interpret and document business requirements Create testing plans and document results to assess effectiveness of activity and follow up resolutions Understanding/ experience of system set ups, configuration and integrations Managing and reconciling very large data sets (financial or other) using Excel, Access, SQL or other analytical tools Engagement with core suppliers and 3rd party system partners Working across multiple internal stakeholder groups including operational, systems and finance communities Comfortable with all levels of business from location to board level, communicating in written and verbal forms Ability to handle change management and system rollout Tracking and delivering key projects (or tasks) as assigned by the SC Programme Director Timely reporting of any risk/ opportunity against delivery timelines Process flow mapping of impacted processes, working with key stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate documentation Supporting change management act…
