Insurance Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to support our Underwriting Operations team based at our Stafford office.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate data, and contributing to overall process efficiency. You’ll also be involved in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your New Role:

  • Organisation and handling of central mailboxes for the E-trade teams, ensuring priority and timely responses within SLAs.
  • Managing and completing tasks generated from the E-trade system, such as policy updates, documentation, or follow-ups.
  • Assist in the review, and administration of insurance policies
  • Maintain policy systems and related documentation.
  • Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Ensure all policies are up-to-date and compliant with organisational needs and legal requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for administrative related queries.
  • Provide clear and empathetic communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compiling and distributing daily reports to track workflow.
  • Support data entry, analysis, and reporting using spreadsheets or specialised software

  • Good administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
