Role
As a Spa Assistant you will support the day‑to‑day operation of Cameron Spa, focusing on the cleanliness and presentation of all areas to ensure an exceptional first impression for spa members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm, personalised welcome and handling guest feedback and requests
- Following opening and closing checklists
- Conducting regular walk‑rounds to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation throughout
- Checking and maintaining locker rooms, and replenishing spa guest amenities
- Cleaning and tidying all areas as necessary, including toilets, showers, and changing areas
- Receiving deliveries and managing and allocating laundry in and out
- Reporting maintenance issues and handling storage of equipment and reporting faults
- Requisitioning and securely storing cleaning chemicals and spa disposables
- Providing general assistance to Spa reception and the therapy team
Qualifications
- Experience working in customer service, hospitality or the spa industry (preferred)
- Ability to build excellent working relationships quickly and approach work flexibly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic IT skills and ability to use handheld technology
