Responsibilities
Co-ordinate day to day operations of the Banquet
Ensure all function rooms are set up according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO), coordinate with staff to handle pre-requested and last-minute requests, and managing event logistics, including staffing and casual labor costs
Manage and supervise banquet staff, including servers and other support personnel, to ensure efficient and professional service
Check cleanliness of function rooms and food quality
Liaise with agencies or partners on part-timer manpower requirement and follow up on the paperwork for part timers
Check through and follow up on AV issues which may arise from event order and rectify it
Focuses on the operational aspects of banquet events and ensure smooth execution
Requirements
