Job Description:
Purpose: Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant with Key Holder responsibilities to join our Epsom store.
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour plus non-contractual sales commission.
Our Sales Assistants / Key Holders play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. In return, you will have opportunities to grow and develop within retail.
This is a part-time, permanent role, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate has energy, drive, and passion for a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.
You should have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, teamwork ability, stamina, and composure under pressure.
As a Key Holder, your responsibilities include:
- Opening & closing the store as required
- Managing store keys responsibly
- Engaging with customers and providing product information
- Processing sales transactions at the till
- Promoting complementary products
- Working with the team to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Replenishing stock and processing deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor
- Performing additional duties as needed
