Your new company Here at Hays we are constantly working with schools in the Blackpool area to provide them with Teaching Assistants across KS3 and KS4. With this in mind, we have recently been approached by a couple of the high schools in the Blackpool area who are seeking to secure a teaching assistant to work across both KS3 and KS4 on a full-time basis. The school are looking to find someone who can start ASAP and hit the ground running when they start. Your new role In the role of teaching assistant, you are responsible for supporting pupils either during lessons, in a group setting or a 1:1 basis, providing extra support when pupils may be struggling across both KS3 and KS4. You should possess good behaviour management skills and have recent experience working with children, particularly in secondary education.
