Clarence George is working on an exciting London-based opportunity with a Private Equity-backed Insurance consolidator. This VP position will sit in the Insurance Solutions team and play an integral part of leading deal executions through a full transaction cycle within EMEA as well as liaising closely with global counterparts across APAC and the US markets.
Profile:
- 8+ years experience in life (re)insurance, M&A or deal pricing
- QualifiedActuary/CFA or someone with strong quantitative/mathematical background and experience working with Actuarial teams
- Understanding of running block or flow deals of business in the (re)insurance space would be beneficial
- Knowledge of an insurance balance sheet or experience working with sidecars would be ideal
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
