Retail Store Supervisor/Team Leader (12mth FTC)

Overview

Our store teams are the friendly face of reassurance, offering product insight, knowledge, and trust. Whether it be our in-store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, parent-to-be events, or guiding customers through their parent journey, our teams ensure memorable moments for families purchasing essentials like prams, cots, or outfits for special occasions.

The ROLE OF STORE SUPERVISOR

Our SUPERVISORS embody these magical moments and are central to our award-winning business. We are expanding our team at Mamas & Papas Luton and seek an exceptional SUPERVISOR to lead a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales results and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This Store Supervisor role is for 30 hours per week, across 4 days, including weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, or both).
