Change and Engagement Manager Location: Remote Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract We are looking for an experienced Change and Engagement Manager to lead the deployment of a critical CVA (Cash and Voucher Assistance) Framework across a global non-profit organisation. This role will manage change activities, ensuring the framework is effectively implemented and adopted across diverse country offices and teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead change and engagement activities for the CVA Framework, supporting global and country office teams. Conduct change and impact analysis to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes. Design and manage deployment tools and resources for effective adoption of the framework. Engage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding. Collaborate with the Transformation Delivery team to share best practices.
