Leading top tier Scottish firm are looking to hire a specialist Pensions lawyer to join their highly-successful Pensions team- this role can be based in Aberdeen, Edinburgh Glasgow and the firm are open to remote/hybrid working.
Role Profile:
- The firm are looking to hire at Director level and will also consider candidates at Senior Associate/Associate level with Partnership aspirations.
- You will haveexperience in corporate transactional support work, and general pensions law experience and ideally you will have experience of working on DB schemes, and be familiar with benefit and documentation issues and project work such as GMP equalisation and de-risking.
- Experience of advising on DC schemes and master trusts, and on contentious pensions matters, would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Candidate Requirements:
- Circa 5- 10 years PQE and a demonstrable background in Pensions law.
- You must have a passion for pensions law, be pragmatic and results focused, and be a team player.
