Role Purpose

Stakeholders may lack confidence in project performance, and transitioning to business-as-usual often fails to leverage data insights. Data can enable improvement through automation, digitalisation, and AI, which are now commonplace.
However, capturing quality, meaningful data to drive a competitive edge and enable intelligence-led decisions remains a challenge. Our MPA team provides clarity to Boards and senior leaders on complex project delivery across various sectors including Utilities, Power, Energy, Transport, and more.
We are a diverse team of 100+ experts dedicated to transparency, efficiency, and positive change. We partner with clients to maximize value through capital investments and transformations, supporting project management, portfolio management, commercial, procurement, ESG, and technology.
We are expanding our digital, data, and insights capabilities. This role seeks an innovative Associate Director to enhance service delivery using data analytics and visualisation to improve project confidence.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of data and insights propositions to improve project delivery using analytics and visualisation.
- Manage teams and deploy digital capabilities in engagements, identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with global networks to develop tools and methodologies.
- Work with KPMG’s tech and data teams on proof of concepts and solutions.
- Partner with third-party providers to create solutions for clients.
- Interpret and challenge system architectures.
- Develop information management structures for transparent decision-making.
Leadership & Management
- Manage project teams and client engagements.
- Support business development efforts.
- Ensure quality and risk management.
- Handle financials including budgeting and invoicing.
- Mentor junior staff.
Stakeholder Interaction & Challenges
- Client-facing role for business development and delivery.
