Primary Responsibilities

As EMEA Site Civil Business Class Lead , your responsibilities will include:

  • Building a best-in-class practice, including:
  • Driving the community of practice
  • Partnering with stakeholders to develop a network of Technical and Subject Matter Experts
  • Developing mentoring and succession strategies
  • Implementing communication strategies for knowledge sharing
  • Developing tools and technical excellence standards
  • Maintaining project delivery tools, standards, and workflows
  • Collaborating with Digital Delivery on digital content and workflows
  • Driving quality and leading quality initiatives
  • Ensuring project teams leverage subject matter experts for optimal delivery
  • Providing thought leadership and elevating technical profiles
  • Fostering a culture of innovation
  • Supporting strategic pursuits and interviews
  • Recruiting and retaining top talent
  • Enhancing client and market recognition through awards, publications, and speaking engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master\’s or PhD in Civil Engineering

  • Bachelor\’s degree in a related field
  • 10 years of experience
