Join us as our Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health a strategic and system leadership role at the heart of public service reform. You’ll bring vision, clarity, and compassion to a complex agenda leading transformation, embedding strengths-based practice, and ensuring the most vulnerable people in our communities receive high-quality, personalised care.
As a key member of our Corporate Leadership Team and Deputy Chief Executive (alongside other Executive Directors), you’ll champion integrated health and care services across the county and region.
Working closely with elected members, partners and communities, you’ll lead with strategic foresight, operational grip, and a relentless focus on inclusion, prevention and independence.
We’re looking for a proven system leader someone with a strong track record of delivering transformation, driving innovation, and inspiring high-performing teams in complex settings.
