The Role:
The Director, TPS EMEA Implementation Services is a pivotal role within the TPS Global Implementation Services leadership team. The successful candidate will lead and manage the delivery of CCaaS implementation programs and projects across the EMEA region, leveraging both EMEA and global resources. This role requires strong collaboration with the Global Implementation organization to ensure the successful deployment of solutions in line with customer expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the EMEA delivery team to ensure successful implementation of the CCaaS platforms across the region.
  • Collaborate with the Global organization to align implementation strategies and resources.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the EMEA region.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure compliance with system specifications and standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery in the EMEA region.
  • Provide leadership and support to project managers and implementation teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field;
  • Extensive experience in delivery and implementation of technology platforms, preferably in a CCaaS environment.
  • Proven leadership experience in a global organization
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate with global counterparts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based contact centre solutions.
  • Familiarity with waterfall, agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Fluency in a second European language, ideally French/Spanish or German, would be a significant plus.
