Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell IT hardware B2B to corporate clients and end-users.

  • Engage with existing clients to understand current and future business needs.

  • Identify and approach new leads, converting them into active customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

  • Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries and provide accurate written quotations and specifications.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (HubSpot) and follow internal procedures.

  • Achieve monthly revenue and profit margin targets.

  • Meet key performance indicators:

    • 40–60 minutes of customer phone conversations per day

    • 10+ new quotations (sales opportunities) per month

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing clients.

  • Liaise with purchasing, engineering, and operations to meet customer expectations.

  • Arrange, attend, and host client meetings as needed.

Targets and Commission Structure

  • Performance Goals:

    • Maintain 50+ active customers

    • Achieve 25 total sales per month

    • Achieve sales from 15+ unique customers per month

  • Commission Details:

    • Earn commission after reaching a threshold of 2× base salary

    • Estimated commission: 10% (potential to earn up to 17%)

    • Initial gross profit target: £10,000/month

    • Year 1 gross profit expectation: £100,000+

    • Long-term goal: £30,000/month gross profit (£360,000 annually)

    • Senior Account Manager goal: £50,000–£80,000/month gross profit
