A temp – perm opportunity for a Sales Administrator – based on the Swift Valley Industrial EstateOffice based Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 17:30 and Friday 09:00 -16:30 – 36.5 hours a weekDue to an internal promotion our client is seeking a Sales Administrator:Key responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with sales related enquiries via telephone and email
  • Accurately log quotation requests, including key contract and enquiry data
  • Assist the Sales Department Manager & Coordinator with quotations and supplier pricing queries
  • Undertake simpler defect quotations using standard templates
  • Follow up on completed quotations with our customers via telephone and email
  • Correctly process Sales Orders
  • Support others with general administration duties where required, including answering calls into our head office and passing email messages to colleagues

Ideal Applicant

  • Educated to GCSE grade 5 and above English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Confident IT skills and have previously used a CRM system
  • Experience of having worked as an administrator in a fast paced environment
  • Customer Service experience.
