The Role:
As a Snowflake Technical Delivery Lead, you’ll lead the design and delivery of Snowflake-based data solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive business value. You’ll oversee technical delivery across projects, mentor a growing team of Snowflake specialists, and help develop scalable, repeatable solutions. As part of the senior Delivery Leads team, you’ll also influence strategic direction, manage delivery pipelines, and play a key role in expanding our Snowflake partnership. This role is ideal for a technically skilled leader with broad data expertise and a passion for innovation.
As delivery lead you’ll contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies, frameworks and business solutions on the Snowflake platform – this will be a major focus of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical delivery oversight of our squads, collaborating with our clients as an SME, and being an escalation point for our team leaders involved in delivery
- Play an active role in technical pre-sales by: scoping and defining client requirements, translating business needs into technical requirements and working collaboratively with clients and partners to support the design of solutions to be delivered by our squads. Whilst informing the technical design and approach of engagements
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Coach and mentor junior team members, helping to guide their technical and professional skills development
- Contribute to thought leadership activities and participation in industry events
Personal Specification:
- 6+ years in data & AI solution delivery, with deep experience in Snowflake
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Experience building scalable, repeatable Snowflake solutions and methodologies
- A solid understanding of architecture, DevOps practices, and agile delivery
- Client-facing experience in pre-sales, technical scoping or solution consulting
- A passion for mentoring and empowering technical teams
