Job Description Science Teachers required for long term and day to day cover in Secondary Schools across Bury Your new company Due to a high demand for Science Teachers across Bury and surrounding areas, Hays Education are looking to register a number of Science teachers of all experience levels. Your new role You will be responsible for teaching your Science discipline, or in some cases across all 3 areas at Secondary schools across Greater Manchester. In a long term role you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, as well as completing the subsequent marking and assessment of pupils work, ensuring all pupils are progressing well within the classroom. You will also be expected to attend and prepare for Parents Evenings throughout the academic calendar. Behaviour management will also be your priority, as well as ensuring pupils are achieving to the best of their ability and engaging with the subject in your classroom. What you\’ll need to succeed In order to be a registered teacher with Hays Education, you mustpossess QTS / QTLS and ideally have experience of teaching your 1 Sciencediscipline, or teaching all 3 Sciences across KS3 and KS4. You must give full commitment to the role that you accept, andshow your work ethic and flexibility to adjust to your new environment.
