What you will do:
As a member of the Client Acquisition Team at Viva.com, you will generate business opportunities and convert sales leads into customer appointments, closing sales for payment card terminals and related merchant acquiring services through digital and face-to-face contact with new clients. You will provide a first-class face-to-face service in the field, aligned to customer needs, acting as a trusted partner in a defined geographical region.
More specifically, as an SMB Sales Executive, you will:
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients through self-generated activities and sales leads provided to you.
- Evaluate data and information about prospects, build rapport, and validate current needs in person related to Viva.com offerings.
- Maximize reach by obtaining referrals from existing clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, digital prospecting, and customer/area canvassing.
- Deliver compelling presentations of products/services based on your understanding of the market and features/advantages relevant to prospects.
- Close sales by selling Viva.com products/services.
- Update customer data and relevant information in the CRM system.
- Undertake relevant training and refreshers as needed.
- Promote team spirit and learn from colleagues.
To be considered, you should have:
- Experience in B2B sales, selling solutions to SME retail and hospitality businesses at mid to senior management levels.
- A proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Good understanding of information technology, especially web-based applications.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Organizational and diary management skills.
- Resilience and persistence in handling objections.
- Results-driven with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
- Motivated to succeed both personally and financially.
- A valid driving license and ability to use your own vehicle for business purposes (expenses paid).
- Excellent command of English.
