The Corporate Delivery Team are looking for a motivated and organised individual to support the Council\’s adult services department with the coordination of service improvement and development plans. The successful applicant will work with senior leaders to provide project management expertise to coordinate and monitor the delivery of improvements, supporting the development of project plans and service improvement plans, and gathering evidence to support and prepare for external inspections.
