Application Support Specialist – Front Office, Fixed Income/FX
A Major investment bank requires an Application Support Specialist to join their Fixed Income/FX E-Trading IT area. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ongoing maintenance, project-based ECN onboarding, and support of electronically traded credit and rates Fixed Income products.
Responsibilities include:
- Analysis, configuration, and 2nd line support of the Fixed Income Electronic Trading platform
- Supporting new releases of the product
- Providing detailed Application Support, ITRS Geneos support and configuration
- Having a solid understanding of Unix, SQL, Fixed Income Rates products or FX
- Communicating effectively within highly demanding Front Office environments
Essential skills:
- Production Support Analyst experience
- Experience in Front Office environments
- 2nd Line Application Support expertise
