Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Pickles Squad — a fast-moving, impact-driven team that thrives on experimentation, strategic analysis, and stakeholder enablement. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves diving deep into data, uncovering insights that shape major business decisions, and telling compelling stories that drive change.
In this role, you’ll be at the centre of some of our most exciting initiatives. From running large-scale experiments that directly influence customer experience, to analysing real-world business shifts and driving smarter decision-making across teams, your work will have a tangible impact on both our strategy and outcomes. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, helping to identify opportunities, assess risks, and present insights that guide critical decisions.

Core Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable insights on customer needs and pain points in the Gousto app and web experiences to drive optimisation programmes.
- Proactively identify opportunities that are accretive to the team\’s roadmap.
- Determine most important KPIs to track aligned to commercial objectives, informing measurement framework for OKRs and experimentation.
- Analyse outcomes of experiments to inform launch decisions and drive learning.
- Collaborate with the domain team on assessing impact of initiatives and ensuring alignment with the digital experience.
- Demonstrate compelling storytelling and data visualisation to convey complex narratives clearly and influence decisions.
- Work with the wider Analytics team in embedding and fostering best in class tools, systems and processes.
Who You Are
- A strong quantitative thinker with excellent analytical skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experienced in analysing and visualising data using web analytics tools (we use Mixpanel and GA4).
- Comfortable working with complex data sets in SQL to develop robust analytical solutions and insights.
- Skilled in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests to drive data-informed decisions.
- Proven ability to deliver accurate, impactful analysis that contributes directly to commercial objectives.
- A proactive self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- An excellent communicator, able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and present findings clearly — including to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) is a plus.
