Are you a people-first Facilities professional with a passion for hospitality, detail, and logistics? We’re looking for an experienced Events Porter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes real pride in creating a welcoming, seamless workspace experience.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things facilities—supporting a busy office, ensuring day-to-day operations run like clockwork, and elevating the workplace experience for everyone.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee and coordinate all facilities operations across the office
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly
Prepare and maintain meeting rooms and event spaces to the highest standards (Physically lifting)
Support health & safety procedures, building security, and maintenance needs
Jump in wherever needed—whether it’s reception cover or solving last-minute requests (Yes person)
Stay ahead of the details that keep the workplace polished, productive, and positive

Proven experience in facilities, office management, or corporate hospitality
