Job Opportunity: Site Foreman – Watford (Industrial Project) Location: Watford, Hertfordshire Project Type: Industrial Construction Duration: 1 Year Start Time: 7:00 AM Daily Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day We are recruiting on behalf of one of our respected clients who is seeking an experienced Site Foreman for a long-term industrial construction project in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, proactive individual with strong leadership skills to play a key role in delivering a high-profile site over the next 12 months. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate daily site operations * Supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity * Monitor progress and report to senior site/project management * Enforce health & safety protocols and site compliance * Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly managed * Conduct site briefings and toolbox talks when required Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience in a Site Foreman role, ideally on industrial or commercial projects * Strong leadership and communication skills * SMSTS and First Aid * Valid CSCS card (required) * Able to read drawings and manage teams effectively This is a one-year role with immediate start available.
