Our client is a successful global asset manager with offices across Europe, Asia and North America.
They are seeking to hire an Events Manager to plan and execute a broad range of digital and in-person events, conferences and seminars. The role will report into a Group Head of Events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing a programme of in-person and virtual events
- Managing budget and ROI
- Accurate and timely reporting of event activity to stakeholders and across internal systems i.e., Salesforce
- Managing marketing collateral to support events
- Creating registration websites and ensuring brand guidelines are met
- Working in partnership with stakeholders across sales and marketing to support both institutional and wholesale channels
- Ensure consistency of style and messaging across all communications
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience
The successful candidate will possess a proven background in event management, ideally from financial/professional services or asset management; proven experience of managing different types of events across a range of audiences; strong communication, project management and influencing skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
