Based in Lytham, Permanent position Salary up to £30k + excellent benefits Role Summary ICNE Ltd is seeking a dedicated Senior Research Analyst (Forage) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you\’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality forage analysis services while contributing to the advancement of our offerings. This role is 100% office based. Main Duties Deliver timely and quality forage analysis services. Conduct analyses using NIRS and ICP-OES techniques and write detailed reports. Train and mentor team members, ensuring competency in our analysis service. Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager to develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals. Represent our expertise at industry conferences and identify research opportunities to enhance our services. Maintain laboratory standards and compliance with safety protocols.
