An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist with neuro experience to join a well-established healthcare provider. This full-time role offers excellent benefits, and a competitive salary for 37.5 hours work week. As an Occupational Therapist , you will deliver specialist Occupational Therapy for neuro rehabilitation, providing assessments, treatments, and advice across pathways such as acute care and assisted living. You will be responsible for: Developing and implementing evidence-based care plans, clinical goals, and therapy interventions. Regularly monitoring, evaluating, and adapting treatment plans to ensure their effectiveness. Managing an independent caseload with guidance from the Lead Occupational Therapist. Playing a key role in discharge planning by coordinating with community teams, social services, and equipment providers. Maintaining clinical records to meet professional standards. Supervising and training Occupational Therapy Assistants and providing guidance to less experienced colleagues. What we are looking for: Previously worked as an Occupational Therapist, Occupational Health Therapist, Case Manager or in a similar role.
