I\’m working with an exciting premium fashion label that\’s experiencing significant growth across global markets. With a strong creative vision and cultural relevance, the brand is now seeking a Digital Director to lead the next stage of its online expansion.
This leadership role will oversee all areas of digital performance, including ecommerce operations, online trading, performance marketing, CRM, and analytics. A key part of this role is driving international growth particularly across Asia-Pacific markets while continuing to strengthen the brand\’s digital presence and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the global digital strategy, with full ownership of revenue targets and customer acquisition goals.
- Manage and scale a multi-disciplinary team spanning ecommerce, CRM, paid media, content, and digital design.
- Oversee daily site performance, trading initiatives, and optimisation projects to increase traffic and conversion.
- Drive the brands international growth online, focusing heavily on opportunities across APAC and other emerging regions.
- Work collaboratively with brand, creative, and operations teams to ensure consistent execution of campaigns and site activity.
- Analyse performance data across all digital channels to inform strategy, customer journey improvements, and retention efforts.
- Deliver the online calendar in line with product drops, commercial goals, and marketing campaigns.
The Perfect Candidate will have:
- Significant experience in a senior digital leadership role within a fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand.
- A track record of leading digital growth and international expansion, ideally with experience launching or scaling into APAC markets.
- Strong knowledge across performance marketing, retention/CRM, digital trading, and ecommerce operations.
- Hands-on leadership style with experience managing large teams across multiple functions.
- Commercially focused, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, highly creative environment.
