Overview Totum Partners are recruiting for a leading law firm for a fully remote Revenue Controller. Work with key clients, manage working capital, and liaise with fee earners and the billing team.
Responsibilities Manage working capital and client funds for key clients
Act as main finance contact for fee earners and clients, keeping monthly billing on track
Ensure POs and references are in place for smooth invoicing
Review matters regularly to ensure accurate, timely billing
Raise invoices correctly with team, securing approvals
Support credit control to ensure invoices are paid on time
Build strong relationships with fee earners and support teams
Handle finance queries using systems and reports
Continuously review and improve processes
Support the Key Client Revenue Manager with ad hoc projects
Comply with firm policies, legal obligations, and risk controls
Ideal Candidate Strong attention to detail
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
Positive, motivated team player
Committed to high-quality client service
Knowledge of Elite or 3E systems is a plus
