Overview
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team within the semiconductor sector. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology while ensuring the highest quality standards across our supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and support internal audits in line with IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 standards (valid or expired certification accepted).
- Manage strategic suppliers, including supplier evaluations, performance monitoring, and driving improvement projects.
- Oversee and coordinate PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process), FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and other key quality assurance documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Internal Auditor certification in IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 (certificate may be expired).
- Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in quality assurance within the semiconductor / electronics manufacturing industry (e.g., wafer fabs, IC assembly).
- Proven experience in supplier management, including evaluation, audits, and improvement activities.
- Strong knowledge of PPAPs, FMEAs, and supplier quality processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-focused approach
