Loss Adjuster – Property Claims Location: UK-Wide / Regional / Remote Loss Adjuster – About the role Fantastic opportunity to join a growing team of remote-based Property Loss Adjuster. You will handle a range of claims of varying complexity and value, and enjoy working to a broad and busy caseload. Every day will be different, so you’ll need to bring a strong background in both Domestic and Commercial claims, along with the appetite to operate in a remote team within a fast-paced and continually evolving environment. Loss Adjuster – Key duties Take responsibility for issuing interim fees during the claim life cycle as highlighted centrally. Full completion of all prepared site note templates and associated documentation. Reduce elapsed timescales by providing and fostering a pro-active approach to file management. Identify cases of possible fraud and recoveries and refer as appropriate. Work to ensure correct policy interpretation and validation. Work to achieve agreed activity levels with the intention of continuously reducing WIP throughout the year. Prepare, check and authorise appropriate reports for clients in accordance with agreed SLAs and formats. Ensure files are up to audit standards at all times.
