Job Title: Bodyshop Prepper / Vehicle Prep Technician
Location: Enfield (EN1)
Salary: £28,000 £45,000 per annum (depending on experience + bonus)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview
We are a fast-growing used car supermarket in Enfield seeking an experienced Bodyshop Prepper / Vehicle Prep Technician to join our expanding team. If you have experience in vehicle preparation, paint prep, accident damage repair, or bodyshop work, wed love to hear from you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and dynamic automotive workshop with genuine opportunities for progression as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing vehicles for paintwork and refinishing

Carrying out sanding, masking, machine polishing, and minor filler work

Performing small bodywork and accident damage repairs to a high standard

Following correct and safe repair methods within the bodyshop

Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Supporting other workshop duties when required
Shifts
PM Shift Option

Monday to Friday: 3:00pm 11:30pm (30 mins lunch)

Every other Saturday: 9:00am 2:00pm

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a vehicle prep / bodyshop / paint prep role

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment

Full UK driving licence essential

Reliable, hardworking, and able to commute to Enfield
