Job Description:

Purpose: Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our Hounslow store. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.71 plus non-contractual sales commission. Our Sales Assistants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

This is a part-time, temporary position for 3 months, contracted for 8 hours per week. Ideal candidates are energetic, driven, and passionate about working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment. You should have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, teamwork ability, stamina, and composure under pressure.

Key activities include:

• Approaching customers and providing helpful product information.
• Serving customers at the till and processing sales.
• Recommending and promoting complementary products.
• Collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Replenishing stock to ensure shelves are full.
• Processing stock deliveries promptly.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor.
• Performing ad hoc duties as required.
