Building Surveyor – Manchester
Building Pathology Focus | Up to £75k + Bonus + Benefits
A national Building Consultancy is looking to grow its Manchester team with the appointment of an additional Building Surveyor. They are hiring at either Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level and are prepared to pay a premium to attract the right candidate. They are particularly interested in someone with strong client-facing skills and a personable approach, who can work closely with clients and act as a reliable liaison between the business and its customers. They would also consider candidates at Associate Director level and offer a higher salary accordingly.
This role has a primary focus on building pathology and fire-related surveys and plays a key part within a team delivering detailed technical investigations across a broad range of residential, commercial, and public sector properties.
This appointment supports the ongoing growth of the Manchester office, driven by rising demand for expert advice on building safety and defect diagnosis. The consultancy blends the technical expertise of a large firm with the personal service of a smaller practice. They have a strong pipeline of work and a loyal, well-established client base.
About the Role
The successful candidate will focus on building pathology and condition reporting, with the opportunity to take on a variety of general building surveying duties, including:

About You

Minimum 3 years\’ experience in Building Surveying
