  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual training for onboarding, systems, service skills, and FCA
  • Create, deliver and embed training in FCA-regulated areas (e.g., vulnerable customer, Consumer Duty principles)
  • Partner with the Quality Assurance team, managers and other stakeholders to understand team capabilities, performance gaps, and development goals.
  • Design practical, inclusive learning interventions of varying delivery methods that embed knowledge and improve KPIs like quality, first-time resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the wider Group L&D network to align and adapt broader learning initiatives for the division.
  • Source or develop appropriate learning interventions – from bite-sized coaching to structured workshops and digital resources.
  • Continuously monitor and evolve training to ensure it sticks, supports performance, and contributes to a brilliant customer experience.
  • Bring energy and confidence to learning – championing a learning culture across the division and working closely with leadership

  • Confidence designing and delivering learning in multiple formats
