As a Complex Care Trainer, you will:

  • Deliver face-to-face training sessions for carers and nurses at the South East London hub and regional locations.
  • Cover clinical topics including tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding, medication, epilepsy, and safeguarding.
  • Assess clinical competencies to ensure staff are confident, safe, and ready for the field.
  • Support the induction of new care teams through structured, compliant training pathways.
  • Maintain training records, track competency renewals, and report on staff progress.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to improve content and delivery methods.
