Description

As the Recruitment Advisor, you will be a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Specialist to partner our Breedon GB business. You will work closely with the People Business Partner to ensure recruitment needs are met by supporting the business to identify qualified candidates who align with our organisational values and goals.
As a recruitment Specialist you will offer expertise in all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including supporting the business to post positions to Pinpoint, CV screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice to business leaders and the People Partnering Team on recruitment activity, ensuring equity, diversity and inclusion is embedded through the processes
  • Become an ATS champion and the first point of contact for business leaders on the system
  • Utilise multiple channels such as job boards, social media and networking to attract qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop detailed and accurate job descriptions and compelling adverts for vacant positions to reach the right talent
  • Provide advice, support and training on appropriate selection processes including assisting with CV screeing, initial screening interviews and assessing qualifications
  • Support the organising and scheduling of interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional process
  • Support business leaders with the recruitment process of Apprentices and Graduates, ensuring recruitment is professional, timely and consistent
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and other performance indicators, analysing problem areas and advising business leaders on solutions
  • Promote Breedon as a good employer and support the company’s employer brand by engaging with candidates on social media, arranging careers fairs, and liaison with schools and colleges.
