Your new companyOur client is a global Top 100 insurance law firm. They are currently recruiting a Casualty Fraud solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their Manchester, Liverpool or Birmingham offices. Applicants with motor fraud and EL/PL experience will be strongly considered.Your new roleThis Casualty Fraud solicitor role will see you handle your own mixed caseload of casualty and fraudulent claims from inception to conclusion. This may also include motor fraud claims. You will draft, negotiate, and manage litigation processes, and represent clients in court. Working closely with forensic experts, you will investigate and asses fraudulent claims.What you\’ll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE. Previous experience handling your own litigated caseload of fraud and casualty claims is essential. You must have a strong understanding of fraud detection methods, insurance principles, and casualty claims.
