Come and join us as a Part-time Despatch Assistant on a 6 month temporary basis at our Goxhill site in North Lincolnshire.

About the Role
- Assist in ensuring that the despatch department is well organised, professional and efficient
- Assist with the operation of the Wienerberger Text & Collect service
- Provide counter assistance for our incoming /outgoing deliveries & customer collections
- Data entry and filing
- Provide administrative support to the office and factory managers
- Handling of visitors to site plus incoming calls and taking messages where necessary
- Ensure visitors have observed health and safety procedures
- Preparing rooms for meetings, providing refreshments and / or buffets as required
- Provide SAP cover when required
- Provide holiday/sickness cover when requested
Hours of Work: 10.30am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday
