Leading and motivating the team and delegating responsibility. Managing the store in the manager’s absence Coaching, mentoring and motivating the team to achieve amazing results and delegating tasks. Working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and increase profitability. Assisting with training new partners (employees) and welcoming them into the team.
