Quantity Surveyor – Permanent Role | Liverpool

An established contractor with a strong reputation in building maintenance and refurbishment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS to come and join this teamThey're a long established Contractor, with deep experience in delivering quality and working with long-established relationships in the Construction industryYou'll be working on a variety of projects across multiple sectors, supporting the commercial function from initial enquiry through to final account. Responsibilities include:

  • Cost control and project management
  • Subcontract procurement and account agreement
  • Site surveys and reporting
  • Preparation of cost reports and cash flow forecasts
  • Liaison with clients and internal teams
  • Use of Schedules of Rates

Reporting into the Commercial Director, you'll have strong Commercial skills and be used to running your own projectsWhat You'll Need

  • Degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel; familiarity with project planning tools is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full, clean driving licence
