The role
Working within the Electronics PCB Industry
Quoting for Electronic components
Buying of electronic parts
Raising and progressing Purchase Orders for materials, electronic components, parts and Services
Answering the Telephone and directing calls to the relevant team members
Answering Reception enquiries and assisting visitors
Taking and signing for deliveries
General Administration, filing, order acknowledgement, and invoicing
Providing support to the Accounts team as and when required
Skills and Attributes
Meticulous with attention to detail
Ideally you will have held a position within Purchasing, Buying, Stock
A good office allrounder with excellent Administrator skills with a desire to move into a stock, purchasing role
Any knowledge of Electronics industry will be advantageous
IT literate
Experience working on MS Excel spreadsheets
Customer Service skills
A friendly environment, company offers growth in the role
