The Role
As a member of our ESA team, you will be responsible for qualifying interested clients by phone and email using our top-tier sales systems. With our scalable qualifying process, you will identify leads interested in exploring our experience packages in more detail and who are ready to proceed to the next stage of the buying journey. You will work closely with our Event Sales Specialist team, setting up and scheduling initial meetings and hot transfers between them and the interested party.
Responsibilities
- Carry out market development activities such as inbound lead follow-up, calls, and emails to organise quality meetings. Support the sales team in building the pipeline and increasing revenue using Outreach, the Predictable Revenue model, and Quint\’s internal sales methodologies.
- Master and apply Customer-Focused Selling techniques, including thorough preparation for Opening, Investigating, Presenting, Confirming, and Positioning.
- Respect and treat all members of the internal team, partners, customers, and others ethically while representing Quint.
- No travel is standard, but an ESA may be requested to attend a couple of events per year if interested.

Skills/Abilities
- Strong computer skills are a must.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement software like Salesforce and Outreach a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively and comfortably interact with professionals of all titles, including executive leadership, both internally and externally.
- Flexibility to manage competing priorities, shift focus as determined by the changing needs of the business, and continually adapt in a rapidly growing sales organisation.
