Your Role as an SME Sales Consultant:

  • Converting sales and driving revenue growth

  • Selling to new SME clients via phone and face-to-face meetings

  • Managing pipelines, contracts, and client onboarding

  • Assisting Consultus International Business Development Team with up-sells

  • Promoting new product launches to the customer base

  • Helping with marketing and brand exposure in the SME market

  • Understanding competitor offerings and industry trends

  • Attending SME expos and events to attract new customers

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction

  • Using and maintaining our CRM, Quotation, and Contracting Platform

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in outbound B2B new business sales (ideally energy)

  • Highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and performance
