Monarch Education is seeking committed and adaptable Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) to deliver high-quality supply cover across a network of primary schools in and around Bury.
These schools share a strong collective ethos focused on placing children at the centre, ensuring they thrive, are challenged, feel proud, and enjoy school. You\’ll join a supportive and professional environment where excellent teaching, collaborative practice, and pupil enrichment are key pillars.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, according to your strengths and school needs
- Adapt quickly to varying school environments and teaching contexts within the network
- Create a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to flourish and reach their full potential
- Uphold high standards of teaching, behaviour management, and safeguarding as per school policies
- Collaborate with colleagues, SENCOs, and leadership teams across schools to support pupil development
