Retail Team Member – St Neots
Location: Cambridge
Hours: Various
Pay rate: £12.60 Per Hour (including paid breaks)
Join Our Retail Team! Our shops play active roles in the communities they serve, thanks to the warmth, knowledge, and care of our Retail Team. We’re looking for remarkable people to host customers in the shop as they would at home.
The Role
- Offer excellent customer service, prioritizing the customer’s needs.
- Use your knowledge to help customers plan menus or advise on catering for occasions. Discuss offers, products, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, tidy shop, replenish stock, rotate products, and ensure freezers are full.
- Operate the till efficiently and accurately.
- Understand shop paperwork and legal checks.
- Open and close the shop, including cashing up.
- Check deliveries, assist with stock taking, and place orders as needed.
- Wear a neat apron and name badge at all times.
