Job Description
3D / Retail Designer Opportunity (Possibly the Most Exciting of the Year!!)
West London (Hybrid, 3 days in studio)
Up to £60,000 + amazing benefits

We’re working with a global brand that’s reimagining what retail looks and feels like – and they’re on the hunt for a Retail & Activation Designer to bring bold, original, experiential design to life.
Think: global store rollouts, immersive pop-ups, visual storytelling, and tactile environments that make people stop in their tracks.
This is a high-impact, highly creative role that blends 3D design, brand strategy, and retail theatre. You’ll be working closely with in-house brand, marketing and VM teams, as well as external partners, to deliver concept-to-completion spatial experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing brand activations, pop-ups, window displays, shop-in-shops, and permanent retail environments
- Creating stunning visualisations, 3D renders, floor plans and presentation decks
- Leading on material sourcing, supplier coordination, and fabrication oversight
- Working cross-functionally with brand, marketing, VM, and retail teams globally
- Managing timelines and deliverables across multiple fast-moving projects
- Translating playful, joyful brand energy into highly-crafted spatial design
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in retail, 3D or experiential design (agency or brand-side)
- A portfolio that shows strategic thinking and beautiful execution
- Experience delivering projects across international retail environments
- Strong visualisation skills (software agnostic – SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, C4D, Adobe CS all welcome)
- Knowledge of materials, build methods, and production processes
- An eye for craft, a flair for storytelling, and the confidence to lead your work forward
