Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with a university based in London, who are recruiting for a Student Casework Specialist on a temporary three-month contract.
The position is due to start immediately, with the potential for further extensions. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable dependent upon experience, with the client being open to considering both Officer and Manager level candidates.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in this area as this an urgent need where you will be expected to hit the ground running.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting the Head of Secretariat and Student Casework, dealing with complex cases and appeals as they come in
- Tackling a backlog of cases and appeals, prioritising and actively reporting on weekly progress to the Head of Secretariat
Experience required:
- Experience required in Higher Education in a Student Casework role
Working hours:
- 35 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
